A bit about Stage 14… it runs from Saint-Paul-Trois Chateaux to Mende. The route and the moment seems to be perfect for a successful break away. At 187 kilometers, the riders cross the hilly Drôme department to conclude with a 3 kilometers climb at 9.7%!!
