Steady training effort around the Reserve Rd Loop.
Departing from outside back (beach side) of Luna Park at 5:45am for a steady warm up to Black Rock, individual efforts around the rises of the Reserve Rd/Balcombe Rd loop, before regrouping for a steady training effort in constant rolling turns (35-40kph) from Black Rock back to St Kilda.
