Please note, Masters-aged riders holding an Elite licence can now compete in any elite open and championship events in their respective Masters category in the same year. Refer to vic.cycling.org.au for further information. Step 3 – Download and complete the 2011 Cycling Australia Membership Application form. Step 4 – Send Application form with payment – SKCC credit card payment form: to St Kilda Cycling Club P.O. Box 420 Elwood, 3184, OR via fax to (03) 8678 3998. (To save paper, please do not fax the two pages containing CA Conditions of Membership but retain for your records).
