This week I rode the 1000km cycle challenge ride -"ride to port" for the KIDS foundation. The group of 21 riders (including Liv/giant sponsored riders, Jo Hall of Giant Bicycles and Olympic swimming legend Susie O'Neill) and 15 support staff travelled from Mansfield to Port Macquarie over five days.

KIDS is an acronym for Kids In Dangerous Situations and sets about to redress the startling childhood injury statistics in Australia.
